If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to ECOCARE for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that all products are only eligible for return if they are new and unused; that means it is not eligible for return once opened. Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by ECOCARE will be refunded. Only the retail value plus tax paid by the customer will be refunded at the time of return. Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount refunded.*Shipping fees are not eligible for refund. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the credit to post back to your account.
ECOCARE ships via UPS ground to Canada and it takes 5-15 business days. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those from Canada. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs (the value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased - discounts are not considered in the customs total value).
Ecocare USA, Inc. offers the following domestic flat rate shipping options:
-Free U.S. standard shipping (via USPS) on purchases with a subtotal $99 and over (excluding taxes)
-$5.00 for shipments with a subtotal of less than $99 (does not apply to shipments outside of the US)
-Express or Overnight services are calculated by weight and destination (note -- this is for the DELIVERY time; standard fulfillment schedule in terms of processing an order apply)
For all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. ECOCARE USA, Inc. is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages. Shipping charges can not be refunded. Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, ECOCARE USA, Inc. assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
All orders submitted between 12:00am - 9:00am (EST), Monday through Friday are processed and shipped same day. Orders submitted between 9:00am - 11:59pm(EST), Monday through Thursday are processed and shipped next day. Orders submitted after 9:00am(EST) Friday and on weekends are processed and shipped on Monday as our warehouse is closed over the weekend. Please note that our warehouse closes on major holidays. Some rare occasions may arise when our warehouse has an unexpectedly large number of orders to fulfill on a given day or when fulfillment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather), in which case there may be an extra delay in the shipping schedule outlined above.
